Watches

We offer a two-year extensive warranty on any timepiece purchased through our website that is not covered by the manufacturer. All items sold by us are 100% brand new and authentic.

Our warranty covers the most important part of a watch: the movement. No matter how complicated, we are well-equipped and ready to repair it with the utmost care. Our warranty does not cover any damage to the movement resulting from mistreatment, improper use, or from the wearer exceeding the manufacturer’s water resistance limitations. Additionally, we do not cover the watch case, bracelet, strap, crown, stem, crystal/glass, battery, or the watch finish.

The warranty will be void if there are signs of shock to the watch. We do not cover the watch case, bracelet, strap, crown, stem, crystal/glass, battery, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear and tear, physical abuse, or damage resulting from exceeding the watch’s water resistance limitations.

Important Notice

  • Non-manufacturer warranties are valid only through our company. Repair or warranty service performed by anyone other than us will void these warranties.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty on any item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Guarantee of Authenticity

All items sold by us are guaranteed to be 100% genuine and authentic, retaining their original serial numbers. Furthermore, they are brand new, unworn, and meticulously inspected to ensure they are free of any defects. Each item includes its original packaging, care manuals, and warranty cards, where applicable. All items sold through the website are sourced directly from manufacturers or reputable sellers.
