Returns and Refunds Policy

At Swiss Gallery, your satisfaction always comes first. We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out — and that’s perfectly okay. That’s why we gladly accept returns for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

How Returns Work

If you’d like to return an item — whether you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or simply didn’t fall in love with it — we’re here to help.

Just make sure:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and certificates are included

Once we receive your return and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll process your refund quickly.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery through our contact form or customer support team.
  • We’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and send you a prepaid return shipping label by email.
  • Simply attach the return label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location.
  • Please ensure the item is shipped within 10 days of receiving your return label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for something else, simply complete your return and place a new order. Our team will be happy to assist with recommendations and availability.
