Our Delivery Guarantee Program applies to eligible products and ensures that qualifying orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. This policy outlines the terms of the program, eligibility requirements, and available remedies in the event of non-compliance.

What Is The Delivery Guarantee Program?

The Delivery Guarantee Program is available for select items marked with the “Delivery Guarantee” badge and includes the following commitments:

  • Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation
  • Processing timelines exclude weekends and public holidays
  • Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method

Orders eligible under this program are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation, excluding UAE weekends and official holidays.

Coverage & Eligibility

The Delivery Guarantee Program applies only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The product is clearly marked with the “Delivery Guarantee” badge
  • The Order is fully paid at the time of checkout
  • The shipping address and contact details are complete, accurate, and verifiable
  • The Order is placed before the daily processing cutoff and not during a public holiday or weekend

If We Miss the Guarantee

If your qualifying Order is not dispatched within the guaranteed window, you may be eligible for one of the following remedies:

  • A full refund of the shipping charges, or
  • A courtesy store credit applied to your next purchase

To request a remedy, please contact our support team within five (5) business days of the missed dispatch window.

Exclusions

The Delivery Guarantee does not apply in the following scenarios:

  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable shipping or contact details
  • Delays due to payment authorization or processing
  • Force majeure events, including national holidays, weather disruptions, or logistical delays outside our control
  • Pre-order items
